What is the recommended calibration interval for gas flowmeters?
For roots and turbine flowmeters with accuracy ≤0.5%, the recommended interval is 2–3 years depending on operating conditions. Hade offers calibration service traceable to national standards.
How to handle a prepayment valve that does not open after recharge?
Check battery symbol on display first. If battery is low, replace with specified 7.2V lithium pack. If battery is OK, please contact our hotline for further diagnosis; do not disassemble the valve by yourself.
Does Hade provide remote IoT configuration service?
Yes. For wireless models (-W suffix), we can remotely set communication parameters, server IP, and data upload intervals. A stable internet connection is required.
What documents are included with the instrument?
Each unit comes with a test certificate, instruction manual, warranty card, and packing list. For exported goods, we also provide certificate of conformity and optionally third-party calibration reports.
