The HXZ series intelligent vortex precession gas flowmeter integrates high-precision temperature, pressure, and flow sensors into a single unit, providing real-time automatic compensation for temperature, pressure, and compressibility factor. Unlike traditional flowmeters, it has no moving mechanical parts, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, high reliability, and long-term maintenance-free operation.

The flowmeter adopts a dual piezoelectric sensor technology and advanced digital signal processing to effectively suppress interference caused by pressure fluctuations and pipeline vibration, delivering accurate and stable measurement results. The three-line LCD display shows standard cumulative flow, standard volume flow, working volume flow percentage, medium temperature, pressure, and battery capacity with clear Chinese prompts.

For data communication, the HXZ series supports RS485 (MODBUS protocol), 4-20mA analog output (two-wire or three-wire auto-identification), and pulse output (working pulse, frequency pulse, or calibrated pulse). The device features comprehensive historical data storage, including daily, monthly, start/stop records, fault logs, and over-limit alarms.

With ExdIIBT4Gb explosion-proof certification and IP65 enclosure protection, the HXZ flowmeter is suitable for harsh industrial environments. It operates with ultra-low power consumption (≤1mW on internal battery, lasting over 5 years) and can be powered by either internal lithium battery or external DC power supply (8–24V).
